We were pleased to stumble upon the perfect new home (already built and ready for us to move in). We truly felt as if it was meant to be. When we purchased our house, we mainly worked with Kelly, but Tony was a helpful resource as well.  Working with Tony and Kelly was a very enlightening experience for our entire family.  We moved from California and didn't know a soul in the East Valley.  The experience and warmth of The Moore Team was greatly appreciated!  We feel like we made new friends.   Our children are involved in academic supplementation that made us wonder if we would find good tutoring in Arizona.  Tony and Kelly have access to all sorts of helpful resources and readily made them available to us!

Now that things have calmed down a bit since I came back to Madrid, I wanted to take the time to properly thank you for your efforts in helping me buy a house.  You have put together a very professional operation.  I am sure that you and other agents often deal with people moving to the area and not living here in the valley - so they are doing the transaction long distance.  But I doubt many of your clients did the deal with one house visit and the rest of the entire transaction up until the signature of loan documents done electronically from Madrid, Spain.  This thought of buying a home from far away was so intimidating that I had given up on the idea of home ownership until you convinced me that it can be done.  And now I'm a believer.  It works because you have set up a very efficient process, and you work with great people in the business: the escrow company, the lender you recommended, the moving company, even the locksmith!  It was all perfectly managed.  I think the only bumps I ran into were when I didn't read Kelly's instructions carefully!  Even so, this purchase was flawless.  The extra information you gave me allowed me to quickly get my utilities and services started - that was very helpful and I basically did it all in one afternoon.  When I mentioned I needed help with the boxing, the next time I show up I have boxes!  It seems almost a little bit unreal, and that the whole process should be a lot more stressful and panicky.  Thank you for your professionalism and your support.  My experience with you was the best real estate experience I've ever had.  So far, you have helped my family sell two houses, and buy two more.  I certainly won't go anywhere else!
